Zachary Hinners

Zach is responsible for the financial analysis of Amzak’s real estate investments. This includes an in-depth review of profit & loss and balance sheet line items each month as well as maintaining the Amzak portfolio performance report to be distributed to Amzak’s principals. He is also responsible for preparing the financial models of potential acquisitions. Prior to Amzak, he worked as an accountant in the affordable housing market preparing financial statements and reporting to investors, lenders, and other monitoring entities. Zach is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of WI. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance - Real Estate Emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
