Amzak’s Industrials Team has significant experience in investing, managing, and leading industrial and manufacturing companies.  The team has investment and/or leadership experience in companies that specialize in construction, metals manufacturing, technology, plastics, paper and packaging, railroad infrastructure, and chemicals industries. The investment strategy is to partner with strong management teams and provide a flexible capital source that is not constrained by the rigid requirements on transaction structures with finite time horizons typical of most investment firms. The Amzak team works closely throughout the evaluation process to quickly review and diligence opportunities. Post-closing, the team will work with the management team to improve portfolio company’s operational performance while also providing ongoing support throughout the length of the investment in the areas of business development, acquisitions, financing alternatives, legal, and strategy.
