Marco Mendez

Marco is the Director of Information of Amzak Capital Management. He is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and control of information applications, and enterprise reporting and analytics. Marco joined the group in 1999, as part of Amnet Costa Rica. He participated in the implementation of the CRM solution in Central America, and in several mergers and acquisitions performed by Amzak in Latin America. Marco has also worked at IBM, as a Six Sigma and Quality Manager, and at Hay Group, as a Process Analyst. Marco holds a Masters in IT Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica.
