Luis Espinal

Luis Espinal joined Amzak in 2003 working on the financial and operational side of its cable business.  After the sale of that segment of the company in 2008, his focus shifted to real estate investments and acquisitions.  Since that time, his concentration has been on developing, expanding, and diversifying the portfolio in numerous and varied ways, from partnering with sponsors in acquisitions to building an internal team for Amzak’s own platform.  His general duties include day-to-day operations, financing, reporting, business development and generating a profit, and increasing the inherent value of the business.  Prior to joining Amzak, Luis’ employment history includes working at Seagram’s Beverage companies and Fox Cable Networks.  Luis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lynn University and is also a United States Navy Veteran.
