Jonathan Browne

Jonathan is responsible for maintaining Amzak’s real estate line of credit portfolio and the financial analysis of real estate investments. This includes facilitating due diligence documentation, loan analysis, market research, the coordination of draw funding, and preparation of marketing materials. He is also responsible for underwriting potential acquisitions. Prior to Amzak, Jonathan worked as an acquisitions analyst for Acumen Companies, a Washington D.C based private equity firm, and as an investment banking summer analyst in Piper Sandler’s Financial Services Group. Jonathan is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Louisiana. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management in Finance – Energy Specialization from the A.B Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
