The Amzak group makes business development, debt and equity investments in a range of industries domestically and internationally. Drawing on a successful track record of 40 years as entrepreneurs in North America, Central American and the Caribbean, we consider investments from a control perspective in media, communications and telephony, in addition to minority investors in all elements of capital structure in other industries. We are familiar with operating environments in Latin America and the Caribbean, but actively seek business opportunities in other geographies as well.

We currently operate the largest cable television and data network in Central America, over much of which we also offer voice telephony services, as the pioneer of “triple-play” services to consumers in the region. This operation has shown consistent organic and acquisition-driven growth since its inception in 1997, due to a dynamic management team, attracting strong financing and equity partners.
