Scot Fischer
Scot is Managing Partner of Amzak Capital Management – the primary investment vehicle for the Amzak group. Scot formally joined the group in mid 2007, although he has known and worked with the Kazma’s for several years. Scot brings a long history of investment banking experience to the group, having worked for Chase Manhattan in Puerto Rico, New York and Spain, with Citigroup in Miami as a regional investment banking for Latin America, and with ABN AMRO as corporate finance head for the Americas. During his banking career Scot was responsible for structuring and delivering corporate finance solutions to governments, financial institutions and major local corporate and multinational clients, using a broad range of domestic and international products, including: Mergers and Acquisitions, Privatization, Public and Private Equity, Debt Capital Markets, Loan Syndications, Securitization, Capital Structuring and Project Finance. While living in Spain, Scot also spent 3 years in the computer and video games industry with privately held distribution companies. Scot is fluent in Spanish and has working knowledge of French and Portuguese. |

Beatriz Beltranena
Beatriz serves as legal director and in-house counsel for the Amzak group, based in El Salvador. Since October 2006 Beatriz has worked as internal corporate counsel to develop, create and organize the legal department for Amnet Telecommunications Holdings, Limited and the subsidiaries in Central America. Previously she was part of Consortium-Delgado&Cevallos as a Senior Associate. Manager of the Corporate Law Department of the Law Firm, managed corporate international legal transactions such as securitizations, mergers and acquisitions, syndications of loans and bidding processes. Beatriz was General Counsel and Country Compliance Officer of Citibank Branch in El Salvador from 1998-2005. Beatriz is fluent in Spanish and English |

Alex Panamá
Alex has worked with the Amnet in various functions since 1998, and currently heads up the group’s corporate development efforts in Central America, based in El Salvador. Graduated from La Sorbonne, Alex had a long career in banking with Bco Atlacatl, Bco Hipotecario and Bco Internacional. He also served as a Director of Cia. Salvadoreña de Café handling negotiations with the IOC in London. Alex also was Executive Director of retailer Almacenes Freund. |
